FULL OVERLAP CARTON (F.O.L)

  • The wide flaps overlap the full width of the box
  • The top and bottom have triple thicknesses as far as end flaps extend. In case of SQ carton 4 thicknesses.
  • Can be securely sealed with adhesive, gummed tape or metal stitches

CENTRE SPECIAL SLOTTED CONTAINER (C.S.S.C)

  • Inner Flaps meet to form a level bottom
  • Double Thickness at top and bottom give strength to carton to protect the contents

FULL TELESCOPE

  • This is a stitched double box with body and lid of equal depth
  • Ideal when separate cover and extra strength is desired
  • If length of telescope of over 40” lid and body have the corr. going the same direction

  • Taped sleeve and caps
  • Usually used in larger sizes where top and bottom thickness is not required
  • This stapled box is ideal for steel strapped closure
  • Can be made with R.H.S.C and R.S.C. between lids

FIVE PANEL WRAP (5 P.W.)

  • A convenient one piece wrapper
  • Provides multiple thickness ends of two, three, or four thicknesses as required
  • Uses: Light fixtures, tubes (metal)
  • Can be made with R.H.S.C and R.S.C. between lids

CHESTERFIELD CONTOUR CARTON

  • Large two-piece unit which is mainly used in the furniture industry
  • 2 closures. Scored top cover fits over content and holds it in place
